My hourly charge out rates are  £200 per hour plus VAT and I am happy to discuss fees on a case by case basis. 

Occasionally, there may be a need to instruct an expert to look at your case and their fees will normally attract VAT.

For alcohol related matters the likely cost is approximately £500 plus VAT to attend court on your behalf.

For motoring matters, the likely cost will be £350 plus VAT.

I will conduct the vast majority of cases but in case I cannot, I will arrange for representation.

The fees will include attendance at court, to go with preparation for the hearing itself. 

If you plead not guilty and seek a trial date, this may be in excess of 8–12 months. The average costs for a not guilty trial is approximately £1500 plus VAT.
